How the AI runs

Patively's assistant runs inside your browser using WebLLM and WebGPU. The model files are downloaded once and cached on your device. Your prompts are processed locally by the model.

What we store

• Chat messages (yours and the assistant's), so our team can review and follow up.
• If you send a brief: your name, email and an AI-written summary of your chat.
• A numeric embedding of your question is sent to our server to search our knowledge base and provider list; it is not stored.

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Aiven) and is only accessible to site administrators.

Please don't share

Passwords, payment details, government IDs or other highly sensitive information in the chat.

Your choices

To access or delete your chat or brief, contact you@example.com. We use only an essential admin-session cookie; there is no advertising tracking.
